We always recommend fresh herbs in our recipes. So try your best to use fresh dill and freshly minced garlic. It makes such a difference to your dish. – Jen
1 Cedar plank (presoaked for 12hrs)
2 Salmon filets
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Garlic clove (minced)
1 Tbsp Fresh Dill (minced)
½ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
½ tsp Lemon zest plus lemon wedges for serving
- Preheat oven to 400F
- In a small bowl, mix together the oil, garlic, dill, salt, pepper and lemon zest.
- Rub over salmon and let sit a few minutes.
- Place salmon on plank and place in oven.
- Bake salmon in oven for 12-15 mins.
