Our Test Kitchen came up with a fun way to serve halibut by topping it with a refreshing mango salsa. Fresh sweet mangoes are great with cilantro. The colorful entree is pretty enough to serve to your guests. -Jen
Fresh Halibut Filet (5-6oz)
1 Ripe Mango (cleaned and cut into small dice)
½ Red Onion (small dice)
2 Limes (juiced)
¼ cup Cilantro (chopped)
1 Tbsp Cumin
1Tbsp Veg Oil
- Make Mango salsa first by combining the chopped onion, mango, cilantro and the lime juice. Season the salsa well with salt, pepper and the cumin. Reserve.
- Preheat Grill
- Season Halibut with Salt and Pepper. Drizzle veg oil on fish and rub onto both sides
- Grill fish for 4-5 mins per side
- Garnish Halibut with the salsa and serve.
