Hoisin sauce is soy-based and regularly used in Chinese dishes, as well as stir-fry recipes. It is common for people to either love the taste of hoisin sauce or hate it. Hoisin sauce has a very distinct taste, its a great way to add an authentic Asian flavour to your seafood dish. -- Jen
Fresh Halibut (5 6oz)
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Sesame oil
- In a bowl mix hoisin sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil. Reserve.
- Preheat oven to 425F
- Place halibut on a parchment lined baking sheet. Pour glaze over top portion of fish, some may drizzle down sides.
- Bake halibut in oven for 14-16 mins
