Hoisin Glazed Salmon

Hoisin has a tangy, sweet flavour that goes really well with salmon.  Sockeye, Spring, or Coho will go very well with this sauce.  – Jen

Wild Salmon (5-6oz)
3 Tbsp Hoisin Sauce
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
 

  • Combine Hoisin sauce, Soy Sauce and Sesame oil in a small bowl to make glaze
  • Preheat Oven to 400F
  • Place Salmon on parchment lined baking sheet
  • Spread glaze evenly over salmon filet. Bake salmon for 12-14 mins
