An exceptional, simple and refreshing recipe for Snapper. Serve with a simple salad of roasted tomatoes and arugula or a bed of rice. – Jen
2 Snapper Filets (5-6 oz each)
½ Sour Cream
1 Lemon (zested and juiced)
½ bunch Fresh Dill (chopped)
Salt and Pepper
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Make sauce by combining sour cream, lemon zest, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt and pepper.
- Place snapper on parchment lined baking sheet. Season snapper then cover fish with lemon dill sauce.
- Bake fish in oven for 12-14 mins.
