This is a simple and delicious Japanese inspired salmon recipe. It can be served with grilled vegetables or a salad. - Jen
Salmon (5-6 oz)
¼ cup Miso
2 Tbsp Sake or Rice Wine
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Sesame Seeds
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp Water
2 Tbsp Ginger Soy Salad Dressing
1 Tbsp Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Make Sauce by combining all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place salmon onto a parchment lined baking sheet, and spread miso sauce evenly over top of the fish.
- Bake in oven for 10-12 mins, then switch oven to broil. Broil the tops of the fish for 3-5 mins until sauce is browned and bubbly.
