Impress your guests this holiday with our gorgeous Wild Salmon Lox Board. Includes 170g Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon Lox and all the fixings to assemble in under 15 minutes at home. Serve with your favourite crackers.

Ingredients: Smoked Wild Sockeye Salmon Lox, capers, cream cheese, pickled red onions and dill.

Serving instructions: Thaw frozen packs of lox in fridge overnight. Remove from packaging. Spread cream cheese across your choice of board with the back of a spoon or small spatula in a pattern to fill the space. Arrange lox evenly across and sprinkle with capers, pickled red onions and dill. Optional: Add some lemon zest (not included) for extra pop of flavour and colour!

Keep frozen.
