1. For a quick defrost, place the sealed package under running cold water until thawed.
2. Cook 400g of Garafalo pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
3. When pasta is al dente, drain quickly and transfer it back into the pot. Add the sauce and toss to incorporate with the warm pasta. Gently stir pasta and sauce together for 3 minutes over low heat.
