Ingredients: Halibut Stock, Snow Crab Meat, Arborio Rice, Sake, Mascarpone, Onion, Parmesan, Canola Oil, Unsalted Butter, Garlic, Parsley, Saffron
Serving Instructions: Reheat from frozen or thawed. Place risotto on a frying pan with half cup of Wild Halibut Stock or water on low heat until boiling. Add additional liquid if needed. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy on its own or add your favourite seafood for a luxurious feast.
