Our Smoked Sockeye salmon burgers are made with sustainably caught wild BC salmon. We small batch smoke the salmon, then form each patty by hand to ensure top quality.

Cooking Tips:
Defrost and bake at 375F for 10-15 mins. Alternatively, pan-fry or grill for 3 mins on each side.
