Our tuna is sustainably line-caught on the West Coast of Vancouver Island. Frozen at sea on the boat and stored in cold storage at - 40°C, our sashimi grade BC Albacore Tuna Loin is deliciously soft, buttery and mild in flavor.
Serving Instructions: Just thaw, slice and serve!
For the best quality, thaw fish in the fridge for 4-6 hours and consume within 24 hours after thawing. Slice and serve with soya sauce & wasabi.
Bulk cases will contain mixed sizes.
*To reduce the risk of contamination, we do not remove the bones in the belly parts of the tuna loin in our facility. These bones are big, visible and easy to remove once thawed.
