Acadian Sturgeon Caviar is produced from wild Atlantic Sturgeon commercially harvested in a small, 100 years old, sustainable fishery on Saint John River, New Brunswick. With grain size similar to Sevruga and an exquisite buttery tastes, this caviar is bound to delight!
