Our tuna is line-caught on the west coast of Vancouver Island. The tuna is frozen at sea on the boat and is stored in our cold storage at - 40°C. Premium quality for sashimi-grade albacore tuna.

Bulk cases will contain mixed sizes.

*To reduce the risk of contamination, we do not remove the bones in the belly parts of the tuna loin in our facility. These bones are big, visible and easy to remove once thawed. 

All our products are sustainable and traceable.
Your order will be packed by one of our seafood experts while wearing gloves and masks for your maximum protection.
