Our Ready to Grill F.I.S.H. Kit is made for the "REEL" COOL DAD ūüé£ This Father's Day, seafood-loving dads are in for a treat. Our Seafood Grill kit serves 2-4 and includes:

  • 1lb Fresh Wild BC Halibut Steak* with FISH's housemade Oh Buoy!¬†Seasoning
  • Two Nova Scotia Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter
  • BC Octopus Tentacles with Spicy Mayo
  • Salmon Sausage Links with Pickled Onions (not pictured)

*Please note that every kit will include a total of 1lb of Fresh Wild BC Halibut Steak. However, the actual number of steaks may vary.  

Grilling Instructions

  • Halibut Steaks: Grill for 5 minutes per side. Add Oh Buoy! Seasoning with some Olive Oil. Test with a fork to see if the flesh can be easily flaked. The center will be opaque, but not glossy or pink.¬†

  • Lobster Tails: Preheat grill to medium heat. In a small bowl, melt the garlic butter. Using kitchen shears, cut top of lobster shell from meaty portion of tail. Using a knife, cut halfway through meat down the center, without cutting all the way through. Brush all over with melted garlic butter. Grill flesh side down until lightly charred (about 3 minutes) flip lobster and dollop a spoonful of butter mixture on flesh side. Grill until just cooked through (about 3 minutes).

  • Octopus Tentacles: Lay tentacles directly on the grill for 2-3 minutes. Flip them over and char the other side for a further 2-3 minutes. Serve with Spicy Mayo.

  • Salmon Sausages: Grill for 7-8 minutes until lightly charred on all sides. Serve with pickled onions.
