🕓 DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Starting May 15

Please ensure someone is home to receive your order — we cannot leave live prawns at the door. Your live prawns delivery will arrive in a box with gel-ice.
If no one is available to receive the delivery, an additional re-delivery fee will apply.

• Pre-orders open 3 days in advance

• For next-day delivery, place your order by 1:00 PM the day before

• We recommend ordering early — availability is limited and not guaranteed without a pre-order

• Our prawns are purged in fresh sea water before delivery for the best taste and quality

• While some enjoy prawns raw, we recommend fully cooking them before eating

• Orders cannot be changed (delivery date or quantity) once confirmed

• Market price is subject to change throughout the season

• Discounts and promo codes do not apply to spot prawn sales

• Missed deliveries will not be refunded
