Our Seafood Gumbo will take your taste buds on a trip to New Orleans! Loaded with house-made Wild BC Salmon sausages, prawns, clams, and mussels in a delicious roux, this heavenly Heat & Eat seafood meal just needs white rice to make a comforting, hearty meal that feeds 1-2 people! 


Cooking Instructions: For best results, thaw product 
overnight in the fridge. Remove Gumbo from the bag and heat up in a medium sized pot or sauce pan. Bring to a full boil and allow to simmer for 3 minutes. Serve with white rice, great for soaking up the slow-cooked roux! 

Ingredients:  Wild BC Salmon sausages, prawns, clams, mussels, halibut stock (leeks & fennel), butter, flour, bell peppers, garlic, onions, celery, crimini mushrooms, diced tomatoes, spice mix, dried herbs, chili powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, sugar, Worcestershire sauce.
