Our smoked wild BC salmon burgers are made with sustainably troll-caught wild BC salmon. We handmade the patties and smoke them in small batches to ensure top quality.

Cooking Tips: 
Defrost and bake at 375F for 10-15 mins. Alternatively, pan-fry or grill for 3 mins on each side.
