Our fillets are boneless and skin-on. We source our fresh local Steelhead (also known as Rainbow) Trout from Avalon Aquaculture based in Langley, B.C.

Your order will be packed by one of our seafood experts while wearing gloves and masks for your maximum protection. Please note that while we take great care in pin-boning our fish, we cannot guarantee that the fillets will be 100% boneless.
