We guarantee our customers 100% product satisfaction, or their money will be refunded in accordance with the terms of this policy.
1) F.I.S.H Market only accepts refunds for products with a receipt within 7 days of purchase for dry goods and frozen items; within 1 day of purchase for fresh items that our customer service department deems faulty.
2) Items that are damaged, or do not have a receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.
3) We cannot accept returns or exchanges for any food products. If an item was missing from your order but still delivered, or damaged during transport for a delivery order you can request a refund by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. For in-store purchases or pick up orders, we are not responsible for any damage caused after the items have left our physical stores. Refund of items will be in ONE of these formats: reimbursement in dollar amounts into your credit card/bank account or online in-store credit.
4) Gift cards sold at F.I.S.H Market cannot be returned or redeemed for cash or credit.
5) If you use a F.I.S.H market coupon to purchase an item and decide to return that item, you'll receive a refund for the price of the item, minus the coupon value.
6) If you receive a free gift or a discount on your purchase and decide to return the item(s), the refunded value for each item returned will be reduced to reflect the value of the items after discount or before the free gift.
- When purchasing items as part a 20% off sale, your refund will be reduced to the discounted amount for each item.
If 3 seafood cakes are purchased for buy 2 get 1 free wednesday seafood cake specials, a maximum number of 2 seafood cakes will be refunded.
7) In some cases, you are required to submit a picture of the damaged item. Refusal to do so may result in a denial of the refund. A representative from F.I.S.H will inform you if this condition must be fulfilled.
8) F.I.S.H Market products purchased through an external online retailer must be returned to that retailer and cannot be returned to F.I.S.H.
9) We reserve the right to rescind, or change the terms of this refund policy at any time, including adjusting the deadline for all or certain items. We reserve the right to refuse some or all parts of our refund policy if we determine, in our reasonable opinion, that the customer is abusing the program.
