Dear valued customers, 

On behalf of all of us at Fresh Ideas Start Here, we hope that everyone is staying safe and healthy during this difficult time.

Both our stores on West Broadway, Vancouver and Market Crossing, Burnaby are still open at this time. It is our top priority to keep everyone safe while shopping in our stores. This is why there are new shopping rules in place to enforce precautions for COVID-19 such as social distancing and contactless payment. 

We are currently accepting the following forms of payment: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX. At the moment,  we will not be accepting personal containers.   A maximum of 3 customers are allowed in our stores at any given time. If the store has reached its maximum capacity, please wait outside until the store is able to accommodate another shopper. Note that seniors will be helped first; our staff will try to help each customer as fast as possible. If you are sick or not feeling well, we ask that you do not visit the store. We can still take your order on the phone and bring your purchases to your car when you arrive. Please make use of our online store as well if you prefer your purchases to be delivered. 

Our staff is also following additional sanitation procedures to increase the level of hygiene in the store. We are practicing frequent handwashing to keep our hands clean at all times. We will always wear gloves during food handling to avoid direct contact with food. Our food handling surfaces, cash counter and door handles are disinfected more frequently to maintain a high level of cleanliness. Plexiglass sneeze guards are installed at the FISHbar and at the checkout counter to prevent the transmission of the virus. Hand sanitizers are available to shoppers if needed.
