Bouillabaisse Kit

Traditionally, this recipe requires a ton of preparation work but our DIY Bouillabaisse Kit makes it easier than ever! All you need to do is bring the saffron Halibut broth with vegetables to a boil, add the seafood in and allow to simmer till the seafood is thoroughly cooked.
Kit includes ingredients such as: Bouillabaisse Base (Halibut Stock (Halibut heads, Celery, Fennel, Onions, Black Peppercorn, Fresh thyme, Salt), Spot Prawn Heads, Butter, Celery, Onion, Potatoes, Leek, Fennel, Garlic, Tomatoes (Vine-ripened fresh plum tomatoes, Tomato juice, Fresh basil leaf, Calcium Chloride, Naturally derived citric acid), Tomato Paste, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Wine, Saffron, Orange Juice, Lemon Juice (Water, Concentrated lemon juice, Sulphites, Lemon oil), Salt, Spices), frozen wild prawns, frozen cooked clams and mussels, frozen wild BC salmon, and frozen wild BC Ling Cod.
