This candy is made using BC wild black cod line-caught in Haida Gwaii, BC, marinated in a sweet peppery bath for 12 hrs and slow hot smoked for 16 hours. Each package is 200g.

Cooking Instructions:
   1. Preheat oven to 400F

   2. Bake for 20-25 mins or until the internal temperature reaches 145F (63C)
