Frozen (salted?) red uni

Contained a few spine fragments but I'd forgive that. Uni was very fresh and umami, but not as sweet as I imagined (e.g. not on par with Hokkaido uni). If you really love sweet types probably go try the green uni. I personally am not very accustomed to this type but it's undeniably fresh and good quality.
