Ordered this delicious 4.05 lbs Hamachi sashimi fillet past Tuesday. Not disappointed AT ALL. I ordered Hamachi sashimi from other source before but none of them like this experience. Buttery, no fishy taste ( super fresh), sweet and creamy the same time. I have to say F.I.S.H got the higher grade Hamachi source from Japan. Since my husband knows how to cut sashimi correctly with the right tools and procedures. It tasted even better than high end Omakase Jap restaurant out side!
We also baked the blood muscle and collar too... Sooooooo oily, not fishy, and super yummy!
