Heating Instructions: For quick defrost, place sealed package under running cold water until thawed. Add thawed contents to a pot, bring to a boil, let it cool for 3 minutes, and serve. 

Ingredients: Wild BC Halibut, Coconut Milk (Coconut Extract 60%, Water), Bell Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Thai Chili Peppers, Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Sea Salt, Water, Sugar), Sugar, Lime Juice, Peanut Butter (Roasted Peanuts, Soybean Oil, Corn Maltodextrin, Sugar, Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil, Salt, Mono- and Diglycerides), Herbs, Spices.
