Our scallops are harvested from Hokkaido. AKA Japanese Scallops, they are highly regarded by chefs because of their size, meatiness and incredible flavor. Their perfectly sweet taste combined with a delicate texture makes for delicious sashimi. 

Serving Instructions: Just thaw, slice and serve!

For the best quality, thaw fish in the fridge for 4-6 hours and consume within 24 hours after thawing. Slice and serve with soya sauce & wasabi.

Keep frozen.
