Ingredients: milk, wheat flour, cheddar cheese, parmesan, butter, onion, garlic, crab meat, prawns, vinegar, pepper.

Contains shellfish, dairy, wheat and soy.

Heating instructions:

Remove packaging and cook from thawed.

1. Preheat over to 300°F
2. Place foil container on a baking sheet
3. Bake for 30-40 minutes (or until the top is golden brown)
4. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving

Internal temperature should reach 165°F
