Each cake is handmade with fresh halibut meat and wholesome ingredients. Cakes are frozen when you receive them and come in a pack of 4. Each individually weighs 65.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Defrost cakes in fridge overnight
  2. Bake in oven / air fryer at 350F for 10-15min or until internal temperature reaches 165F 
  3. Cakes could also be pan fried with choice of fat.

Contains shellfish, wheat, soy and egg.

Keep frozen.
