Our Maple Wild Salmon Candy are delectable morsels that make an excellent healthy snack. A sweet treat loaded with omega-3 fatty acids that keep your mind sharp and fuels your body.

This candy is made using BC wild spring salmon line-caught in Bella Coola, BC, marinated in a sweet maple bath for 12 hours and slow hot smoked for 16 hours.

Cooking Instructions:
   1. Preheat oven to 375F (190C)
   2. Bake for 12-15 mins or until a golden-brown exterior

Ingredients:
BC Wild White Spring Salmon, Maple Syrup, Brown Sugar, Pepper, Sea Salt, Natural Wood Smoke.

Keep Frozen.
