Frozen vacuum packed Wild BC Black Cod Filet portions in Miso marinade.

Keep frozen and simply thaw in fridge overnight before cooking. Remove portions from packaging, and place the fish skin side up on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of each portion. 

Suggested serving: Pair with steamed rice for a delicious meal!
