Frozen vacuum packed Wild BC Black Cod Steak bone-in portions in Miso marinade.

Keep frozen and simply thaw in fridge overnight before cooking. Remove portions from packaging, and place the fish skin side up on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of each portion. 

Suggested serving: Remove the centre bone easily once cooked. Pair with steamed rice for a delicious meal!
