Our fresh wild white spring salmon is caught in Washington.

White Spring is the Unicorn of Salmon! Salmon gets their red colour from the prawns they eat but White Spring doesn't absorb the astaxanthin pigment which leaves behind a beautiful white flesh that is lighter and delicate in flavour and more moist than Red Spring.
