Pinks for the winter

The salmon arrived on the day ordered, and there were 9 large very fresh fish.Fresh pinks were not available at my local shops, even when I searched supermarket flyers. We prepared on of them fresh - delicious - and wrapped and froze the rest for a winter of nutrishous and inexpensive meals.
A minor complaint - the delivery status was unavailable.
