Our Curried Halibut Cheek Empanadas bring the perfect balance of flaky, golden pastry and tender, delicately spiced halibut cheeks. The rich, savory curry filling paired with sustainably sourced halibut creates a mouthwatering bite that’s perfect for holiday snacking or as a unique appetizer at your next gathering.

Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen. Place empanadas on baking sheet. Bake pre-egg washed empanadas in 325F in oven or 300F in air fryer for 25-30 minutes. Cook until internal temperatures reach 165F. 

Ingredients: Halibut cheeks, wheat flour, onions, garlic, spices, shrimp, eggs.
