Our Smoked Sockeye salmon burgers are made with sustainably caught wild BC salmon. We smoke the salmon in small batch, then form each patty by hand to ensure top quality. Each pack comes with 2 burgers, each individually weighing 150g. 

Cooking Instructions:
   1a. Defrost and bake at 375F for 10-15 mins.
   1b. Alternatively, pan-fry or grill for 3 mins on each side.
   2 . Place it between your favorite bun or lettuce wrap and enjoy!
