Frozen vacuum packed Wild BC Black Cod steaks in Miso marinade.

Keep frozen and simply thaw in fridge overnight before cooking. Remove portions from packaging, and place the fish skin side up on a lined baking sheet. Bake at 400F for about 20 minutes, depending on the thickness of each portion. 

Suggested serving: Pair with steamed rice for a delicious meal!

Best Smoked Fish Ever

I got a huge half of a frozen smoked black cod recently that was just superb. I poached it with herbs and served it in skinned sections with chilled herbed vegetables and garlic aoili. It was a hit with seven family members, all ages.
