Made with BC Sea Urchin, this uni pasta sauce is delightfully creamy, sweet, and perfect for pairing with Linguine, udon, or your favorite pasta. Garnish with crushed nori, ikura or more uni. Each package is 210g and can offer up to 2 servings. 

Cooking Instructions:
  1. Place the sealed package under running cold water until thawed.
  2. Cook 400g of pasta in boiling salted water according to package directions.
  3. When pasta is al dente, drain quickly and transfer it back into the pot.
  4. Add the sauce and toss to incorporate with the warm pasta.
  5. Gently stir pasta and sauce together for 3 minutes over low heat.
